目的 探索汶川地震救援人员心理救援管理模型.方法 基于汶川地震救援人员心理应激特点,借鉴美国危机事件应激管理(CISM)体系干预技术并结合救援人员的组织特点,探索汶川地震救援人员心理救援管理模型.结果 (1)提出汶川地震救援人员心理救援管理模型的“四级”组织结构;(2)提出心理救援模型“三阶段”干预的运转方式.结论 该心理救援四级组织模型有利于救援人员心理救援管理.
