以烤烟K326和野生烟种N.debneyi,N.rustica为亲本,采用酶解法得到其叶肉原生质体,经聚乙二醇、高Ca2+高pH液处理后,进行培养.本实验对原生质体不同的酶解条件、培养方法和不同的培养基进行了研究,融合后的原生质体可在4周后诱导出微愈伤组织.
