Abstract
•Morus nigra fruits were extracted with microwave assisted extraction.•Box-Behnken Design was utilized for the optimization of extraction parameters.•Analysis were carried out with UV–vis spectrophotometer and UPLC–MS/MS.•Microwave extracts possessed higher bioactive content and anti-tyrosinase activity.•Highest tyrosinase inhibitory activity was achieved at 500 W-35% ethanol-10 min.
