Abstract
肘关节三联征是一种复杂的肘关节骨折脱位,复位后肱尺关节和肱桡关节可达到同心圆复位、肘关节稳定,桡骨及冠突骨折块较小可保守治疗,但需定期复查.若需手术治疗,必须修复桡骨头骨折及外侧副韧带复合体.可以采用单一外侧入路也可以联合前内侧入路.MorryⅠ型和Ⅱ型冠状突骨折是否需固定,是否附加外固定支架固定及同时修复内侧副韧带损伤仍存在争议.
