摘要
Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was used to determine the chromatographic fingerprints of multiple batches of decoction pieces of Corydalis yanhusuo samples. The samples were acquired from different production sites, had different numbers of growth years, and were processed using different methods. The standard operating procedure (SOP) for a similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine (version 2004) was used to analyze and evaluate the chromatographic fingerprints. This paper explored the factors that affected the quality of the decoction pieces of Corydalis yanhusuo by analyzing the differences among the chromatographic fingerprints. The results revealed that the processing method is the most important factor contributing to the difference in the chromatographic fingerprints of the samples. This study provides a point of reference for the quality control of decoction pieces of Corydalis yanhusuo samples.
