Abstract
Involvement of the sclera in oculosporidiosis is relatively rare. We report two cases of oculosporidiosis of the bulbar conjunctiva associated with scleral thinning and staphyloma formation. Both cases were successfully treated with conjunctival lesion excision and cryoapplication to the staphyloma, followed by oral dapsone therapy.
