Abstract
根据高压隔离开关自力型触指/触头机构服役工况,利用Solidworks软件建立自力型触指/触头有限元分析模型,在ANSYS Workbench集成开发环境(AWE)下对自力型触指/触头结构参数进行了优化设计,并分析了设计参数对自力型触指所受最大等效应力、剪切应力和变形的影响.结果显示:触头直径和触头摩擦行程与各响应变量之间均呈现出正相关关系,且触头直径的变化对响应变量的影响比触头摩擦行程对响应变量的影响更大.经多目标优化后,自力型触指/触头最佳结构参数为触头直径63.39 mm,摩擦行程15.24 mm.
