分析了快速伺服(fast tool servo,FTS)车削原理与不同类型FTS刀架的特点.为测试音圈电机(voice coil actuator,VCA)驱动的快速伺服系统的频响性能,搭建测试平台并进行了阶跃响应测试与不同频率下的正弦响应测试.实际测试结果表明,该快速伺服系统具有较高的频响能力,在士100μm行程时达到了300HZ的频响.
