高炉在喷吹高挥发性煤时,为避免煤粉着火及爆炸,保障供煤系统安全运行,必须在生产过程中对整个系统进行监控,使压力、温度、系统氧含量、CO含量等参数被控制在所要求的范围内.为此对喷吹高挥发分煤时的供煤系统(包括烟气系统、制粉系统、喷吹系统、喷煤量计量等)进行了改进并应用到生产实际中.结果表明,喷吹煤粉的挥发分能够提高到18%.
