Abstract
目的通过植物内生真菌的分离,筛选产生抗癌成分的菌株.方法从美登木(Maytenus hookeri)茎、叶中分离内生真菌,对其发酵产物经活性跟踪(抑菌实验),其活性成分用薄层色谱、柱色谱纯化及活性跟踪,再经质谱及核磁共振光谱分析确定结构.结果从美登木中分离筛选到一株球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum):98M-6,其产生抗癌化合物球毛壳甲素(chaetoglobosin A).结论美登木内生真菌中,有的内生真菌可产生与宿主所产的美登素(maytensine)不同的抗癌物质.
