Abstract
用蚕豆根尖微核技术监测了风雨湖水质污染状况.结果表明:全部受试水样均能引起微核率升高,其中砂子坳、入口、综合楼、医院等污染源的微核率分别为10.95‰,13.58‰,7.94‰,6.77‰;湖内水体各样点桥东、桥西、公路旁、出口的微核率分别为12.03‰,10.84‰,8.05‰,12.76‰.分析表明,水体具有普遍遗传毒性.
