Abstract
通过柠檬酸燃烧法合成了Sr2Mg1-xAlxMoO6-δ(SMAM)阳极材料.利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对其结构和形貌进行表征.考察了制备条件对其结构和致密度的影响.结果表明,还原气氛不利于材料的致密化,而氧化气氛可以促进材料的致密化过程.与氧化气氛相比,还原气氛下Al离子在材料中的固溶度较大.对氧化气氛下制备的SMAM样品在低温下进行还原,可以增加Al离子的固溶量.同时,材料的电导率随着Al含量的增加而增大.
