Dry shrinkage characteristics of fly lime and cement stability aggregate materials of urban road

To definite the dry shrinkage characteristics of skeleton-dense grade, skeleton-void type fly lime and cement stability aggregate, the three kinds of structure types gradation of fly lime and cement stability aggregate used commonly in actual engineering were selected, and 21 days full-sealed curing shrinkage and simulation construction curing shrinkage comparative experiments were carried out. Test results show that the suspension gradation drying shrinkage is maximum, and shrinkage strain of skeleton void gradation is minimum. Sum of fine aggregates and bonding materials determine the shrinkage strain growth rate. The dosage of coarse aggregate affects shrinkage strain value. Therefore, the gradations of skeleton void and skeleton dense have good resistance to dry shrinkage performance, and the reasonable curing period is 10 days. The shrinkage coefficient decreases linearly with bonding materials content, and when the content is 10%~15%, the anti-cracking performance is optimal. Test results also show that skeleton-dense grade with controlling bonding materials content has good resistance to dry shrinkage performance.
