Abstract
<正>患儿,女,4岁。无特殊不适症状,体检发现心脏杂音来我院就诊。听诊于胸骨左缘3～5肋间可闻及Ⅱ级连续性杂音,心电图检查未见异常。在我院先进行超声心动图检查,诊断为左冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘,随后行冠状动脉造影,结果证实为左冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘。超声心动图检查仪器为PHILIPS IE33型彩色多普勒超声显像仪,
