Abstract
<正>资料与方法2006年1月～2007年3月选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,术前检查肝功能、心电图、凝血象正常。年龄5～10岁,体重15～30kg,择期行扁桃体摘除术的患儿70例,其中男38例,女32例,各组患儿在性别、年龄及全身情况上无明显区别。随机分两组,即对照组和镇痛组,均在全身麻醉下行扁桃体摘除术(剥离法),镇痛组(A组)术毕使用一次性电
