Abstract
<正>血栓形成是血液透析患者动静脉内瘘(AVF)失败的主要原因,手术治疗、介入治疗等成功率较高但存在操作复杂、创伤较大或费用昂贵等缺点。我们采用局部注射尿激酶联合皮下注射低分子肝素的方法治疗AVF血栓形成,取得较好疗效,报道如下。
