Abstract
病例例1,女,66岁,因体检发现纵隔淋巴结肿大就诊.无咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难,无畏寒、发热、盗汗等症状.胸部X线提示左肺门稍增大.胸部CT:①纵隔多发淋巴结肿大;②左肺门影增大,左下肺斑点影;③两侧斜裂增厚.血常规正常,血沉15mm/h,结核菌素试验阴性,肿瘤标志物(CA50、CA19-9、CA125、CA153、CA242)正常,血清血管紧张素转换酶(SACE)升高(187.3U/L,正常24.0～139.0U/L).
