Clinical observation on effect of textile fiber bronchoscope to treat the cerebral infarction and lung infection

Objective To observe the effect of using textile fiber bronchoscope to treat the cerebral infarction complicating lung infection.Methods To analyze the clinical effect of 128 inpatients with cerebral infarction complicating lung infection from June 2006 to March 2008 by randomized controlled trials.All cases were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with routine treatment such as anti-inflammation,phlegm reduction and support treatment stochastically.Group B was treated with textile fiber bronchoscope.Results The mortality rate,the time of body temperature reverting to normal,the time of physical signs of lung vanishing,the time of total count of WBC and differentiation of neutral granular cell reverting to normal showed statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusions To treat the cerebral infarction complicating lung infection with a textile fiber bronchoscope is an effective method and has minor side effect.It may be popularized in clinical trial.
