Abstract
目的 银曲胶囊中银杏总黄酮醇苷的含量测定.方法 用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和DAD紫外检测器测定银曲胶囊中总黄酮醇苷的含量.结果 槲皮素浓度在9.60～76.80μg/ml,山柰素在7.33～58.62μg/ml,异鼠李素在1.76～14.08 μg/ml之间浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.结论 根据3批样品的检测结果,规定银曲胶囊中总黄酮醇苷的含量不低于6 mg/粒.
