Abstract
建立碱性橙Ⅱ的酶联免疫分析方法。采用戊二醛偶联法将半抗原碱性橙Ⅱ与载体牛血清白蛋白(BSA)及卵清蛋白(OVA)制备免疫抗原碱性橙Ⅱ-BSA和包被抗原碱性橙Ⅱ-OVA。经紫外可见吸收光谱鉴定和大白兔免疫实验证实人工抗原成功合成,并制备抗碱性橙Ⅱ的多克隆抗体,该抗体可检测快速定量食品中的碱性橙Ⅱ,最低检测限为10 pg。该检测方法具有高灵敏度和特异性,可应用于食品中碱性橙Ⅱ检测试剂盒的研制。
