Study of Application Characteristics of Environmentally Friendly Micro-phase Ink Cleaning Agent

A kind of environmental friendly micro-phase ink cleaning agent was developed.It has good application characteristics,can thoroughly clean ink.After cleaning by the agent,the blanket and ink roller has no deformation and maintain good ink transferring performance.The presswork has uniform color,clear point,rich levels,and clear images and text.This effectively guarantees print quality and extends the service life of blanket and ink roller.The environment-friendly ink cleaning agent uses phase-transfer method,can collect waste ink in the ink cleaning agent,can continue to use until saturation,and can achieves 83% recovery rate.
