Abstract
目的:探讨Er:YAG激光治疗面部浅表瘢痕的疗效.方法:478例面部浅表瘢痕患者,应用Er:YAG激光首先在瘢痕表面进行表层汽化,扫描光斑重叠25%-40%,使创面的基部基本平整.结果:478例患者经治疗后瘢痕平整,有效率100%,患者满意卒100%.结论:Er:YAG激光具有精确度高、损伤小、操作方便的优点,且术后并发症少、色素沉着程度轻.故我们认为Er:YAG激光是治疗面部浅表瘢痕安全、有效的方法之一.
