Abstract
目的运用生物信息学方法对LRRK2基因的启动子区域进行预测,以指导LRRK2基因核心启动子的克隆,为LRRK2基因的转录调控机制的研究奠定基础。方法在数据库中查询LRRK2基因相关的序列信息,运用多种在线软件对LRRK2基因的转录起始位点、第一个外显子和启动子进行预测,并对预测结果进行综合分析。结果将LRRK2基因脑组织主要剪切本(ENST00000298910,相当于NM_198578)的启动子定位于-803～-1区间。结论 LRRK2基因主要剪切本(ENST00000298910)的启动子区间可能定位于-803～-1区间。
