A mixed-ligand complex [Mn(phen)_2(p-FC_6H_4COO)(H_2O)](p-FC_6H_4COO)·3H_2O(phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,single-crystal X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses.The crystal of the manganese complex belongs to triclinic system with space group P-1,a=8.8897(17),b=14.773(3),c=14.890(3);α=107.815(4),β=107.314(4),γ=91.386(4);V=1762.9(6)3,Z=2,Dc=1.442 g/cm 3,Mr=765.62,F(000)=790,μ=4.45 cm-1,final R indices[I2σ(I) ]R 1=0.0848,wR 2=0.1635,and for all reflections R 1=0.1134,wR 2=0.1776.The result of magnetism characterization reveals there exist weak ferromagnetic interactions in the title compound.
