A kind of catalyst for the preparation of allyl polyoxyethylene alkyl alkenyl ether and research of its application perfromance

A catalyst is synthesized with allyl alcohol and sodium metal,the allyl alcohol sodium solution in allyl alcohol,for the preparation of allyl polyoxyethylene alkyl alkenyl ether.The catalyst was used in ethoxylation reaction for the synthesis of macromonomer-allyl polyoxyethylene alkyl alkenyl ether,and the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is synthesized by this macromonomer was studied.The results showed that the performance of the water reducer synthesized is better than other superplasticizer catalyzed by different catalyst in copolymerization through the comparison of results of concrete slump and slump retention test.
