Abstract
在油田开发中后期,因油井出砂严重,造成频繁检泵,甚至停产,采用的机械防砂措施效果不理想.在吸收国内外先进经验基础上,利用旋流-重力原理,开发研制了自动旋流分离沉砂器,使油中的砂在离心力的作用下沉降到尾管砂袋中,在修井时随管柱带出地面.使用表明,有效解决了油井出砂问题,延长了油井的生产周期,经济效益显著.
