Supervision and Fault Diagnosis for SF_6 Electric Equipment

SF6 electric equipment is an important part of grid and has a closer relationship with the grid safety.Based on the chemical properties and decomposition mechanism of SF6,its decomposition products can be used for judging the fault of equipment.The yields of SF6 decomposition products were analyzed and summarized based on the routine supervision for SF6 electric equipment.The standard of fault diagnosis and the detection period for SF6 electric equipment were suggested.
