Research and Practice for Teaching Model of Experiment-Oriented in the Organic Chemistry

According to current situation in Organic Chemistry teaching,and characteristics of the vocational-college students,this paper raises the reform that teaching model of experiment-oriented regarded as dominance should substitute for the traditional teaching mode.The same contents are taught through experiments or practical trainings,while both theory and practice can be carried out at the same time.It realizes the integration of theory and practice in classroom teaching.Through experiment oriented teaching practice for about three years,the results show this teaching model complies with the rules and characteristics of higher vocational education and fully stimulates the students' learning enthusiasm as well as initiative.The remarkable teaching effect has been shown in the counterpart classes.
