Src、HIF-1α和VEGF在大鼠脑局部缺血损伤中表达的实验研究

Abstract
目的研究大鼠脑局部永久性缺血后非受体酪氨酸激酶Src、缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia induc-ible factor-1α,HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达及变化规律。方法通过线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型,利用免疫组化检测不同出血点大脑组织Src、HIF-1α和VEGF的表达。结果 Src激酶在缺血2 h开始表达,24 h达到高峰,3天后表达开始下降,HIF-1α,VEGF表达与Src激酶表达趋于一致,三者表达成正相关。结论脑缺血后激活的Src激酶可能通过上调HIF-1α进而促进VEGF表达导致血管通透性增加。
