HPG压裂液水不溶物和残渣来源分析

Abstract
根据单一或混合液静置沉淀量,求得配制1L携砂量500kg/m3的HPG/硼砂压裂液所用材料和添加剂的水不溶物,最高值为来自陶粒表面的灰尘(1.249g),其次来自HPG(0.466g),少量来自NaOH、KCl和硼砂。根据中原油田多年检测资料,6种植物胶水不溶物为7.6%~26.3%,压裂液残渣为4.2%~15.9%,二者之间有良好线性关系,残渣为水不溶物的62%。采用专门设计的实验方法研究含HPG、有机硼及各种添加剂、过硫酸铵的体系,结果如下:压裂液残渣为HPG水不溶物的74.8%,水不溶物增加则残渣增加,且破胶程度降低;破胶加量增大则残渣减少,但使用高剂量破胶剂是否能减轻地层伤害尚待研究;一部分HPG水不溶物可部分转化为水溶物或悬浮于水中;一部分残渣并不来自水不溶物。
