Abstract
[目的]为毕节地区特色烟叶的开发及烤烟新品种韭菜坪2号的推广提供依据.[方法]以K326为对照,分析烤烟新品种韭菜坪2号的烟叶外观质量、初烤烟叶的化学成分、经济性状,量化烟叶的感官质量,综合评价韭菜坪2号的烟叶质量.[结果]韭菜坪2号的杂色烟较少,成熟度较好,香气值较高,相同等级烟叶的总糖和还原糖、淀粉含量高于对照,烟碱和总氮含量低于对照,钾/氯比更协调,蛋白质含量与对照相当,产量、均价、产值等经济性状高于时照.[结论]与K326相比,韭菜坪2号的外观质量和内在感官质量总体水平略好,初烤烟叶化学成分较协调,烟叶经济产量高,初步工业验证评价较好,但栽培和调制措施有待进一步完善.
