587A: Safety Outcomes of Balloon-Based Circumferential Radiofrequency Ablation after Focal Endoscopic Resection of Early Barrett's Neoplasia in 118 Patients: Results of an Ongoing European Multicenter Study
Gastrointestinal endoscopy(2010)
Abstract
In patients with a Barrett's esophagus (BE) containing high-grade dysplasia (HGD) or early cancer (EC), endoscopic resection (ER) of visible lesions followed >6 weeks later by step-wise radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for residual BE is highly effective, however, limited data is available related to the adverse event profile of this approach.
