Analysis of 451 ADR Cases Report

Objective To investigate the characteristics of hospital adverse drug reaction (ADR) occurrence.Method 451 ADR cases from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed in respect of patients' age and sex,route of administration,drug species and clinical manifestation.The adverse drug reactions were discussed and analyzed in a variety of factors.Results In 451 ADR cases,there were 262 (58.09%) female,and 394 (87.36%) were induced by intravenous drop infusion,322(71.4%) were related to anti-infectives.The most common clinical manifestations of damage were skin and its appendages,283 cases (62.75%) in 451cases.Conclusion ADR monitor work should be strengthened to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR.
