Study on the Preparation of Schoenite from K-Mg Mixing Salt with Reverse Flotation and Convention Method

Schoenite is a kind of intermediate material to produce potassium sulfate.And it is also a kind of good compound fertilizer without chlorine.In the experiment,schoenite was prepared by K-Mg mixing salt from dongtaijinaier salt lake with reverse flotation method to remove sodium and conversion method by adding water.The process conditions such as flotation media,dosage and flotation-conversion temperature were researched primarily.The process flow of schoenite preparation with reverse flotation and convention method was put forward,which has good industrial application prospect.
