Supplemental Figure 6. Gene expression in Ras pathway mutant MF. Panel A shows the heatmap of differentially expressed genes in a comparison of mutant Ras pathway MF vs wild type Ras pathway. Nine upregulated genes were identified. Panel B shows the gene expression differences in a volcano plot. Panel C is the gene set enrichment analysis of CD34 enriched MF samples with and without Ras mutations. Ras pathway and PI3K pathway were upregulated in MF patients that harbor mutant Ras pathway genes.
