The reliability and safety of spacecraft equipment are facing great challenges due to the influence of harsh environments and continuous workloads, coupled with the complex structure of spacecraft equipment and the difficulties in fault diagnosis and equipment maintenance, there is an urgent need for health management technology support. In order to realize the life prediction of complex spacecraft equipment, for the needs of versatility and expandability of the life prediction platform, this paper refers to the advanced validation platforms at home and abroad, selects the spacecraft GNC system as the validation object, and adopts the componentized development mode to develop a modular and expandable life prediction algorithm validation platform, which has a reasonable and advanced system architecture and service mode, and provides input information for different types of life prediction algorithms based on the simulation model and degradation principle of GNC system, and provides an algorithm deployment interface to realize flexible algorithm deployment and validation functions. This paper focuses on the life prediction problem of spacecraft complex equipment, systematically researches its service mode and key technology, combines a variety of advanced life prediction methods, develops a verify life prediction platform, verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the life prediction algorithm, and is of great significance to the health management and life prediction of spacecraft equipment.
