Broadband Terahertz Absorber from 3D-Printed Resin

摘要
This paper presents the design, simulation, fabrication, and measurement of a pyramidal absorber for the terahertz frequency range. The fabrication is carried out by 3D-printing with a resin printer enabling high resolution structures with an accuracy of 35 µm. The measurement with a vector network analyzer agrees with the simulation and shows a broadband absorption of 50 dB above 250 GHz.
