QC6352 treatment (25nM x 72 hours) reduces expression of KDM4A in the nucleolus in WiT49 and HEK293. (A) Co-localization of KDM4A (red) and RNA polymerase I (green) is demonstrated in the nucleoli of WiT49 cells. QC6352 treatment caused (B) reduced expression of KDM4A in WiT49 cells (p<0.0001) and (C-D) reduced expression of KDM4A (p<0.0001) and RNA polymerase I (p=0.0370) in HEK293 cells.
