Gas Monitoring System for Underground Pipe Gallery Based on Fiber Optic Energy Information Sharing and ZigBee

摘要
The safety monitoring of underground pipe gallery is of great significance for practical applications, and gas monitoring is the main means of fire detection. ZigBee wireless sensor networks have the advantages of low cost, low power consumption, and large network capacity. Simultaneously utilizing optical fibers for energy supply and information transmission solves problems such as onsite energy supply difficulties, long-distance transmission, and the impact of complex environments on communication quality. The effective combination of ZigBee wireless sensor network and fiber optic energy information sharing provides high reliability for gas monitoring in underground pipe gallery.
