摘要
We present photonic and plasmonic configurations on surfaces of perovskite materials which facilitate robust temporal confinement of light by means of photonic bound states in the continuum (BIC) and/or surface plasmonic resonance. Our three-dimensional finite-difference time domain simulation captures the intricate properties of BIC of photonic lattices and plasmonic cavities. We show that single crystal of MAPbBr3 can be utilized in developing new generation of nanostructured surface emitters, where with sufficient modulation depth high quality factors can be achieved with photonic BIC. We also show how gold thin film enhances the emission of FAPbBr3 NCs by plasmonic mechanisms.
