摘要
The future vehicular networks (VNETs) are expected to provide high-quality communication service and high-accuracy sensing capability with low energy consumption. How-ever, the mobility of vehicles could cause serious load imbalance, resulting in low throughput and high energy consumption in VNETs. In this paper, a resource allocation scheme is designed to maximize system energy efficiency, where the integrated sensing and communications (ISAC) technology is used to sense and predict the positions of vehicles. The optimization problem is formulated as a non-convex nonlinear integer programming problem, where the handover cost, resource constrain and wireless sensing error are considered. To solve this NP-hard problem efficiently, the primal problem is decoupled into two sub-problems and an iterative algorithm based on matching theory is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm shows competitive performance compared to other benchmark schemes.
