EXPLORE(2023)
摘要
•The rate of opioid use disorder (OUD) among women in the U.S. is increasing and medications for OUD (MOUD) do not prevent drug seeking and relapse.•There is a critical need for adjunctive therapies capable of improving long-term clinical outcomes in women with OUD.•Eight-week Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (MORE) intervention as an adjunct to MOUD may improve emotional regulation and brain function to assist in recovery for women with OUD.•A 10-minute guided MORE meditation may improve immediate mood in women with OUD.
