Suppression of Reflections and Elimination of Transmission Disparities in Differential Crossover Line Junctions.

This article introduces the design of several crossover transmission line structures for coplanar waveguide transmission lines. They should be used for the case of self-crossing and crossing with bias voltage for differential signal transmission. These aim to resolve transmission disparities, reduce reflection coefficients, etc. In addition, methods for the evaluation of crossover structures are presented. The results show that the crossed transmission line structures have good performance.
