Experiences of current UK service provision for co-occurring parental domestic violence and abuse, mental ill-health, and substance misuse: A reflexive thematic analysis

•Service users find it difficult to access timely support that addresses co-occurring parental domestic violence and abuse, mental ill-health, and substance misuse.•Support needs to be early, relational, and address underlying determinants.•Barriers to support include siloed specialisms and overwhelmed service providers.•Fundamental systems change is needed to better support families with multiple needs.
