•A green and cost-effective foaming mixture (LATC-SLG-LAPB-LA) was designed for gas well deliquification.•According to available literature, the salt tolerance of the foaming mixture was likely the highest record.•The molecular dynamic simulation revealed the salt and condensate-resistance mechanisms of the LATC-SLG-LAPB-LA foam.
