摘要
ID reactions in the context of skin infections caused by dermatomycosis pathogens are probably far underdiagnosed in this country. A 10-year-old girl developed tinea manus bullosa after contact with a cat. Trichophyton mentagrophytes was identified as the pathogen and confirmed by sequencing as zoophilic genotype III*. The treatment was purely topical with miconazole + fluprednidene cream. In the next few days, pruriginous papules and vesicles developed in the volar area of both wrists and on the flexor sides of the forearms in the sense of a mykid or Id reaction as result of the dermatophytosis. She was briefly treated with topical glucocorticoids and the rash quickly resolved. The tinea manus also healed at the same time without any consequences.
