摘要
SAA promoted the expression of PKA, resulting in increased phosphorylation of CREB and decreased phosphorylation of c-Fos. In addition, SAA increased the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax and inhibited the expression of Cleaved Caspase 3, which inhibited the apoptosis of neurons. SAA provided neuroprotective effects and improved cognitive impairment caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in tMACO rats by inhibiting neuronal apoptosis along with the regulation of PKA/CREB/c-Fos signaling pathway.Image, graphical abstract
