摘要

This paper reports on a 60 GHz broadband quantum-dot (QD) frequency-modulated (FM) comb laser. The FM comb is formed by both the four-wave mixing and the Kerr nonlinearity. The Kerr nonlinearity can be practically engineered to improve the FM comb bandwidth.
