摘要
•The binding information of ALS inhibitor herbicides with HSA and SOD were investigated systematically using spectroscopy methods and molecular docking.•HSA in blood is an indicator of health and disease, and SOD is an important enzyme biomarker commonly used to assess the potential toxicity of pesticide contaminants to the environment.•The toxicity prediction model based on protein binding information is suitable for predicting the toxicity of pesticides to humans and animals as well as the environment.
