摘要
Major Research and development in the field of photovoltaics is currently focused on the commercialization of perovskite technology for the solar energy market. Although recent advances in performance enhancement, this technology must overcome long-terms stability issues before its commercialization. Currently, research are focused on the reliability under continuous illumination and damp heat conditions. Perovskite materials, on the other hand, show different behavior under real operating conditions. In this work, we are interested in the behavior of perovskite solar cells and modules under outdoor conditions for more than 9 months. In the long term, a strong degradation is observed at the beginning of the test followed by a strong recovery and stabilizes at relatively initial values for 5000 hours. At daily variation level, perovskite shows a metastable behavior. The temperature coefficients were calculated for the different electrical parameters and compared to that of silicon.
